Get ready for one of the most spectacular events in Augusta's River Region—the Arts in the Heart of Augusta Festival! This weekend-long festival features fine arts, crafts, music, and international cuisine that draws guests from all over the South East. For the new Arts in the Heart of Augusta app, click here!

Here are 4 obvious must-dos for festival goers:

1. Shop the Fine Arts & Crafts Market

Stroll through the juried Fine Arts & Crafts Market where you’ll find an array of art to purchase from over 150 booths. From painting, photography, and jewelry to clay and wooden sculpture, you’re sure to find a special piece of art to take home with you.

2. Sample ALL the food + 🍹 at the Global Village

Featuring food from over 24 countries, the Global Village allows visitors to dine around the world and experience authentic ethnic food. Take a look at the menus here so you can map out your food plan for the entire weekend!

3. Make family memories

Take the little ones over to the interactive family area where you’ll find activities like a scavenger hunt, arts and crafts, and street performers . There’s even a Young Artists Market where budding artists sell their artwork!

4. Watch Live Performances Representing Cultures from Across the World

Arts in the Heart features five stages of live entertainment. Check out the Global Stage where you’ll see performances ranging from belly dancers, local choirs and dance studios, to jazz and rock bands to theatrical performances.

Local Pro Tip: Arts in the Heart heats up the streets of downtown Augusta every year - keep cool by sipping on an uber-popular boba tea at the Laos tent! Cheers!
