Event Requirements:

✅ Visitor-friendly experience
✅ Open to the public (fees or registration allowed)
✅ Location: Must take place within Augusta's River Region which is comprised of the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) and includes:

• Major Cities & Communities: Augusta, Evans, Grovetown, Harlem, Hephzibah, Blythe, North Augusta, Aiken, Edgefield
• Georgia Counties: Richmond, Columbia, Burke, Jenkins, Lincoln, Wilkes, McDuffie, Jefferson, Taliaferro, Warren, Glascock, Hancock, Washington
• South Carolina Counties: Aiken, Edgefield, Allendale, Barnwell, McCormick

Note: Non-qualifying events include religious services, political events, private or invite-only gatherings, real estate open houses, community events primarily for local residents with limited appeal to visitors, and events outside the CSRA. Any of these types of events will not be featured on our calendar​.

Submission Guidelines:

• Images are required – high-quality, landscape (horizontal) format
• Submit early! At least 6-8 weeks in advance for best exposure
• Retail promotions & sales: Submit daily specials as a special offer through our Partner Portal

✅ Our team reviews submissions within 3 business days
✅ We’ll contact you if additional details are needed
