Bus System Augusta, GA

Augusta, Georgia is pleased to offer local residents and visitors access to the Augusta Transit system, which offers several routes throughout Augusta. Local service runs mostly on city streets Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM and the first Saturday of each month from 8 AM - 5 PM. 

• Bus Fare is $1.25 with weekly and monthly passes available. 
• Discounted fares are for the elderly (65 and over), students, and handicapped persons (with a Medicare Card, APT, or APD ID). You must show proper ID to receive a discounted fare. Student discount fares are good between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, during the regular school year.
