Masters Parking & Transportation

How to Navigate Augusta During Masters Week

Parking and transportation are top considerations for Masters Week visitors, and planning ahead helps make your arrival and daily travel much easier. Augusta offers a variety of options for getting around during the Masters Tournament, whether you’re driving your own vehicle, using ride-share services, or relying on local transportation. This guide provides a general overview to help you feel prepared before you arrive, with links to official maps and resources when you need more detail.

Masters Parking Overview

Free Masters parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is located along Berckmans Road between the North and South Gates of Augusta National Golf Club. Clear signage, traffic attendants, and posted directions help guide drivers to the appropriate parking areas, including designated pedestrian routes and ADA-accessible sections near the gates.

There are more than 8,500 free parking spaces available during Masters Week, though lots do fill quickly on peak days. Parking gates close once capacity is reached, so arriving early is strongly recommended. Additional parking options may also be available along major corridors such as Washington Road. Local Tip! Bring cash. These alternate parking options typically cost $40-60 and do not accept card.

For the most accurate directions and real-time routing, visitors are encouraged to use GPS navigation and official Masters parking maps.

Ride-Share, Shuttles & Local Transportation

Ride-share services are widely used during Masters Week and provide a convenient alternative to driving and parking onsite. Designated ride-share and taxi drop-off areas are located within walking distance of the tournament gates, making them a popular option for visitors staying nearby or traveling in groups.
