From early morning dance parties to the downtown parade and concerts, there are plenty of ways to celebrate St. Patrick's Day around Augusta's River Region.

Augusta's St. Patrick's Day Parade
The City of Augusta will be “rolling out the Green Carpet” downtown to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day! The St. Patrick’s Day Parade begins at 2 p.m. immediately followed by a festival on the Augusta Common. The parade is free and for all ages and begins at 2 p.m. from the 7th Street James Brown Arena parking lot. The parade will take our traditional route to Telfair St., up to 11th, then turning right onto Broad Street, and then back down to 6th Street where we will return to the James Brown Arena Parking lot.
Augusta's St. Patrick's Day Festival
Immediately following the parade through downtown Augusta, a FREE festival will take place at the Augusta Common! The St. Patrick's Day Festival will feature a Kids Fun Zone, food & drink vendors, and live entertainment from 4:00 - 10:00pm.
