Fourth of July in Augusta, GA

Augusta's River Region celebrates Independence Day in style with concerts and fantastic fireworks displays, live patriotic music and summer fun for the entire family.

Fort Gordon's Independence Celebration

Spend the evening of July 3 celebrating our nation's freedom! This one day event includes a carnival, shopping, food, live entertainment and so much more. The night ends with a firework extravaganza unrivaled by anyone in the CSRA. Pre-sale for food and beverage tickets are available beginning June 19 at the MWR Directorate Office (Building 28320, Lane Avenue).

Independence Day Celebration at SRP Park

Spend your Independence Day at SRP Park enjoying America’s favorite pastime with GreenJackets Baseball and the biggest fireworks show of the season! Why would you want to miss it? Be there on Thursday, July 4th, 2019 from 6:35 pm to 9:35 pm.

Fireworks on the Patio

Come and join the Augusta Library for our Fireworks on the Patio event! Attendees will enjoy dessert with a deluxe ice cream bar and a spectacular view of the downtown fireworks display from the Headquarters Library third floor terrace! Tickets are $20 each. All proceeds will benefit the Friends of the Augusta Library. Tickets must be purchased in advance online or at any Augusta-Richmond County Public Library System branch. This event will be held rain or shine, and tickets are nonrefundable. 

Independence Day at Meadow Garden 

We welcome you to join us for Independence Day at Meadow Garden, home of George Walton, signer of the Declaration of Independence. Enjoy FREE tours of this historic home with docents in period dress. You and your family can explore history with children's activities, revolutionary war soldiers' camp items, and live music.

Fourth of July "In the Sky"

Come and join the Partridge Inn to celebrate the birth of a nation! We offer the most exclusive view in the city, overlooking downtown Augusta and the CSRA. Each guest will be able to observe fireworks at dark, as well as complimentary Hors D'oeuvres from 7pm to 9pm, and a signature cocktail.

Fourth of July Comedy Explosion 

Join us for the Fourth of July Comedy Explosion at the Miller Theater on Thursday, July 4. Doors open at 6:00 pm with a free after party immediately following the show.

Boom in the Park 

Spend your Fourth of July at "Boom in the Park!" Park opens at 4 PM with live music by Whiskey Run and fireworks at dark. Open to the public & located in the Evans Towne Center Park
