Currently undergoing a historic transformation, the course is scheduled to reopen in April 2026 with a redesigned 18 hole championship course led by architects Tom Fazio and Beau Welling. The renovation also includes a new 9 hole short course called The Loop at The Patch designed by Tiger Woods and TGR Design.

Supported by Masters Tournament Charities, Augusta Technical College, and The First Tee of Augusta, the revitalized Patch will become one of the premier public golf experiences in the region while honoring its deep community roots.
