Symbols and Allegories: Artwork by Jay Jacobs

Westobou Gallery presents Symbols and Allegories featuring works by Augusta-native Jay Jacobs. Please join us on First Friday for a reception to celebrate the artist and his work, August 4th from 5-8pm. Westobou selects Jay Jacobs for his excellent work, dedication to his craft and commitment to our creative community. In collaboration with Augusta University's Pamplin College, Westobou seeks to support the work of local artists as a means of promoting Augusta's growing cultural community.

Designed as a contemporary venue for a wide variety of exhibitions both during the Westobou Festival and throughout the year, the Westobou Gallery offers curated exhibitions by national, regional and local artists with a focus on emerging and mid-career contemporary and experimental artists. The gallery is free and open to the public.
