Please fill out the below form and upload a photo of your completed bingo scavenger hunt card. When we receive your submission, you will be entered to win this month's drawing for a tee shirt.

Employees of the Augusta Convention and Visitors Bureau and their families are not eligible for this drawing. Submissions will only be eligible for the month in which the submission is received. One winner each month will be selected, for a total of 12 winners annually. The prize is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged. Only one winner per household, per year.
